Flair Airlines Ltd.
Contravention
(A) On or about August 19, 2021, when Flight F8306 was cancelled for reasons within Flair Airlines Ltd.'s control but required for safety purposes, Flair Airlines Ltd. failed to provide, free of charge, food and drink in reasonable quantities to 4 passengers who waited two hours after the departure time that is indicated on their original ticket, thereby contravening paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $400.00
(B) On or about August 19, 2021, when Flight F8306 was cancelled for reasons within Flair Airlines Ltd.'s control but required for safety purposes, Flair Airlines Ltd. failed to offer, free of charge, hotel or other comparable accommodation that was reasonable, as well as transportation to the hotel or other accommodation and back to the airport, to 4 passengers who were required to wait overnight for a flight reserved as part of alternate travel arrangements, thereby contravening subsection 14(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $1,000.00
(C) On or about August 23, 2021, when Flight F8824 was cancelled for reasons within Flair Airlines Ltd.'s control but required for safety purposes, Flair Airlines Ltd. failed to provide, free of charge, food and drink in reasonable quantities to 4 passengers who waited two hours after the departure time that is indicated on their original ticket, thereby contravening paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $400.00
(D) On or about August 23, 2021, when Flight F8824 was cancelled for reasons within Flair Airlines Ltd.'s control but required for safety purposes, Flair Airlines Ltd. failed to offer, free of charge, hotel or other comparable accommodation that was reasonable, as well as transportation to the hotel or other accommodation and back to the airport, to 5 passengers who were required to wait overnight for a flight reserved as part of alternate travel arrangements, thereby contravening subsection 14(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $1,250.00
(E) On or about August 23, 2021, when Flight F8828 was cancelled for reasons within Flair Airlines Ltd.'s control but required for safety purposes, Flair Airlines Ltd. failed to provide, free of charge, food and drink in reasonable quantities to 4 passengers who waited two hours after the departure time that is indicated on their original ticket, thereby contravening paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $400.00
(F) On or about August 23, 2021, when Flight F8828 was cancelled for reasons within Flair Airlines Ltd.'s control but required for safety purposes, Flair Airlines Ltd. failed to offer, free of charge, hotel or other comparable accommodation that was reasonable, as well as transportation to the hotel or other accommodation and back to the airport, to 4 passengers who were required to wait overnight for a flight reserved as part of alternate travel arrangements, thereby contravening subsection 14(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $1,000.00
