Flair Airlines Ltd.

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Flair Airlines Ltd. committed 40 violations of not providing the minimum compensation of $500 to a passenger who arrived at their destination nine or more hours after the original flight time for reasons within the carriers control, and who was informed of the flight delay fourteen (14) days or less before the departure time on their original ticket, thereby contravening subparagraph 19(1)(b)(iii) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).

These contraventions occurred between June 27, 2022 and August 8, 2022.
