Flair Airlines Ltd.

(1) On or about October 1, 2022, Flair Airlines Ltd. accepted for carriage and damaged the electric wheelchair of a passenger, and failed to, without charge, immediately provide the passenger with a suitable temporary replacement at the person’s destination, thereby contravening subsection 155(1) of the Air Transportation Regulations.

(2) On or about October 1, 2022, Flair Airlines Ltd. accepted for carriage and damaged an electric wheelchair of a passenger that could be repaired promptly and adequately, and failed to forthwith arrange for the prompt and adequate repair of the reparable aid, at the carrier's expense, thereby contravening subsection 155(2) of the Air Transportation Regulations.
