Fly Alliance, Inc. carrying on business as Fly Alliance
Contravention
(A) On or about December 13, 2024, Fly Alliance, Inc. carrying on business as Fly Alliance operated an international passenger charter flight from Toronto, Canada (CYYZ), to The Valley, Anguilla (TQPF), using a Gulfstream-type aircraft bearing registration N129NS. This flight was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its licence is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(B) On or about January 18, 2025, Fly Alliance, Inc. carrying on business as Fly Alliance operated an international passenger charter flight from Nassau, Bahamas (MYNN), to Montreal, Canada (CYUL), using a Citation-type aircraft bearing registration N504WG. This flight was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its licence is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(C) On or about March 6, 2025, Fly Alliance, Inc. carrying on business as Fly Alliance operated an international passenger charter flight from Toronto, Canada (CYYZ), to Basseterre, Saint-Kitts-and-Nevis (TKPK), using a Gulfstream-type aircraft bearing registration N444QC. This flight was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its licence is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(D) On or about March 16, 2025, Fly Alliance, Inc. carrying on business as Fly Alliance operated an international passenger charter flight from Nassau, Bahamas (MYNN), to Hamilton, Canada (CYHM), using a Gulfstream-type aircraft bearing registration N444QC. This flight was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its licence is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(E) On or about April 19, 2025, Fly Alliance, Inc. carrying on business as Fly Alliance operated an international passenger charter flight from Nassau, Bahamas (MYNN), to Montreal, Canada (CYUL), using a Citation-type aircraft bearing registration N518KB. This flight was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its licence is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.
