Golden West Airlines, LCC
Contravention
(1) On or about June 29, 2023, Golden West Airlines, LLC operated an air service using a Gulfstream type aircraft bearing registration N186CW from San Francisco, California, United States (KSFO) and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (CYVR) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening section 57 of the CTA.
(2) On or about August 1, 2023, Golden West Airlines, LLC operated an air service using a Gulfstream type aircraft bearing registration N226SL from Anchorage, Alaska, United States (PANC) to Calgary, Alberta, Canada (CYYC) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening section 57 of the CTA.
(3) On or about August 2, 2023, Golden West Airlines, LLC operated an air service using a Gulfstream type aircraft bearing registration N226SL from Calgary, Alberta, Canada (CYYC) to Teterboro, New Jersey, United States (KTEB) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening section 57 of the CTA.
(4) On or about August 27, 2023, Golden West Airlines, LLC operated an air service using a Gulfstream type aircraft bearing registration N186CW from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho,United States (KCOE) to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (CYVR) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening section 57 of the CTA.
(5) On or about August 28, 2023, Golden West Airlines, LLC operated an air service using a Gulfstream type aircraft bearing registration N186CW from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (CYVR) to St. Louis, Missouri, United States (KSTL) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening section 57 of the CTA.
