Golden West Airlines, LLC

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Golden West Airlines, LLC has committed the following 5 violations, operated an air service using a Gulfstream type aircraft bearing registration N186CWand N226SL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening section 57 of the CTA. Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA).

These violations occurred between June 29, 2023 and August 28, 2023 departing from and landing at various airports.
