Kootenay Valley Helicopters Ltd.

Results of a recent periodic carrier inspection conducted on July 26, 2018 by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Kootenay Valley Helicopters Ltd. is in contravention of paragraph 67(1)(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
