Medway Air Ambulance, LLC

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Medway Air Ambulance, LLC has committed the following 5 violations by operating an air service using a Learjet 45 type aircraft bearing registrations N345MA and N56JP departing from and arriving at different locations, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA) thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.

These contraventions occurred between September 26, 2023 and February 20, 2024.
