Contravention
(A) On or about September 27, 2023, Neos S.p.A. advertised the price of an air service on the website ca.neosair.com without setting out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges” thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR). (B) On or about September 27, 2023, Neos S.p.A. referred to a third party charge in an advertisement on the website ca.neosair.com by a name other than the name under which it was established, thereby contravening section 31 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
