Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited

(A) On or about August 30, 2024, Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited failed to provide a passenger, who was denied boarding on flight PD441, with the information referred to in subsection 13(1) using the available communication method for which she indicated a preference, including a method that is compatible with adaptative technologies intended to assist persons with disabilities, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(B) On or about August 30, 2024, when denial of boarding was necessary, Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited failed to give priority for boarding to passenger, an unaccompanied minor, when selecting passengers who would be denied boarding, thereby contravening subsection 15(4) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
