Precision Aviation, Inc.

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Precision Aviation, Inc. has committed the following 10 violations, operated an air service using a Cessna 560 Citation Ultra type aircraft and a Beech 200 Super King Air, without holding a Canadian aviation document, contrary to section 57 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA):
