Contravention
(A) On or about January 28, 2022, Qatar Airways Group (Q.C.S.C.) advertised the price of an air service on the website www.qatarairways.com without setting out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the APPR.
(B) On or about January 28, 2022, Qatar Airways Group (Q.C.S.C.) made reference to an air transportation charge in an advertisement on the website www.qatarairways.com without setting the charge out under the heading “Air Transportation Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the APPR.
(C) On or about January 28, 2022, Qatar Airways Group (Q.C.S.C.) provided information in an advertisement in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for an optional incidental service on the website www.qatarairways.com, thereby contravening section 29 of the APPR.
