(A) On or about March 4, 2025, Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation, carrying on business as Saudi Arabian Airlines, set out an air transportation charge in the booking system found on the web site https://www.saudia.com/en-CA as if it were a third party charge, thereby contravening section 30 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(B) On or about March 20, 2025, Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation, carrying on business as Saudi Arabian Airlines, set out an air transportation charge in the booking system found on their mobile application as if it were a third party charge, thereby contravening section 30 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
