Shoreline Aviation, Inc.

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Shoreline Aviation, Inc. has committed 4 violations, by operating an air service using different type aircraft departing and arriving at different locations without holding a license issued under part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA) thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.

These violations occurred between July 1, 2024 and September 20, 2024.
