Contravention
(A) On or about August 30, 2024, Sky One Holdings, LLC, carrying on business as Privaira, operated an air service using a Learjet type aircraft bearing registration N405DC from Boca Raton, Florida, United States (BCT) to Toronto, Ontario, Canada (YYZ), without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.
(B) On or about September 20, 2024, Sky One Holdings, LLC, carrying on business as Privaira operated an air service using a Falcon type aircraft bearing registration N950FJ from Montréal, Québec, Canada (YUL) to Fort Pierce, Florida, United States (FPR), without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.
(C) On or about November 25, 2024, Sky One Holdings, LLC, carrying on business as Privaira, operated an air service using a Challenger type aircraft bearing registration N604BC from Fort Lauderdale- Hollywood, Florida, United States (FLL) to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (YEG), without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.
(D) On or about June 20, 2024, Sky One Holdings, LLC, carrying on business as Privaira, operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration N405DC from Montréal, Québec, Canada (YUL) to Nassau, Bahamas (YNN), which was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its licence is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.
