Sky Taxi Sp. Z o.o. carrying on business as SkyTaxi

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing SkyTaxi Sp. z o.o. carrying on business as SkyTaxi has committed the 3 following violations, SkyTaxi operated an international goods charter, using an aircraft bearing registration SP-MRG from Phnom Penh, Cambodia (VDPP) to Montréal, Canada (CYMX) without first obtaining the required charter permit, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations. SOR/88-58 (ATR).

These contraventions occurred between April 11, 2024 and August 8, 2024.
