Worldwide Aircraft Services, Inc.
Contravention
(A) On or about March 23, 2024, Worldwide Aircraft Services, Inc. carrying on business as Jet ICU operated an international passenger charter flight from Roatan (HRO), Honduras, to London (YXU), Canada, using an aircraft bearing registration N85LJ. This flight was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its licence is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(B) On or about June 26, 2024, Worldwide Aircraft Services, Inc. carrying on business as Jet ICU operated an international passenger charter flight from Basseterre (KPK), Saint Kitts and Nevis, to Toronto (YYZ), Canada, using an aircraft bearing registration N80LJ. This flight was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its licence is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.
(C) On or about August 17, 2024, Worldwide Aircraft Services, Inc. carrying on business as Jet ICU operated an international passenger charter flight from Punta Cana (DPC), Dominican Republic, to Toronto (YYZ), Canada, using an aircraft bearing registration N60LJ. This flight was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its licence is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.
