  • Rail noise and vibration
  • Railway crossings and other issues

We can also help with shipper and community rights and obligations.

Issues we cannot help with:

  • Blocked crossings (Transport Canada)
  • Railway safety issues (Transport Canada)
  • Ongoing maintenance of public crossings (road authority, e.g. municipality or province and/or railway company)
  • Via Rail consumer complaints
  • Railway issues originating in the United States of America
