Results of an inspection indicate that Perimeter Aviation LP is in violation of subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act by applying fares, rates or charges that are not contained in its domestic tariff. The inspection also revealed a violation of subsection 74(2) of the Act by not complying with the terms and conditions of its non-scheduled international licence when operating a Canadian originating entity charter in aircraft with a MCTOW of 35,000 lbs without a program permit. |
