Between January 24 and May 23, 2014, GRD Air Inc. operated an air service between the following points: Fredericton (New Brunswick, Canada), Yarmouth (Nova Scotia, Canada), Toronto (Ontario, Canada), and Saint-Léonard (New Brunswick, Canada) and White Plains (New York, USA), using a Cheyenne III - Piper – PA42 aircraft bearing registration C-GRDF, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

Results of an inspection indicate that Perimeter Aviation LP is in violation of subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act by applying fares, rates or charges that are not contained in its domestic tariff. The inspection also revealed a violation of subsection 74(2) of the Act by not complying with the terms and conditions of its non-scheduled international licence when operating a Canadian originating entity charter in aircraft with a MCTOW of 35,000 lbs without a program permit.

On or about March 9 and 10, 2014, Elite Airways LLC operated an air service between Nassau, Bahamas and Toronto, Ontario, Canada using a Canadair Regional Jet CRJ-100 type aircraft bearing registration N97EA, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about November 3, 2014, Canadian 360 Inc. violated subsection 135.8(2) of the Air Transportation Regulations by not setting out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges” on the booking system found on the Web site canadian360.com.
