On or about March 14, 2013, Aklak Inc. dba Aklak Air operated an air service between Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Ulukhaktok, Northwest Territories, Sachs Harbour, Northwest Territories, Paulatuk, Northwest Territories and Inuvik, Northwest Territories using an aircraft bearing registration C-GHUE, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
