On or about September 18, 2014, 734758 Ontario Ltd. violated section 135.91 of the Air Transportation Regulations by setting out an air transportation charge as if it were a third party charge on the booking system found on the Web site flightnetwork.com; and section 135.92 of the Air Transportation Regulations by referring to a third party charge in an advertisement by a name other than the name under which it was established on the booking system found on the Web site flightnetwork.com.
