On or about April 15, 2014, Aerodynamics, Inc. operated an air service between Columbus, Ohio, USA and Toronto, Ontario, Canada using an EMB-145 type aircraft bearing registration N459AD, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
