Delta Air Lines, Inc.

Between January 1 and January 10, 2014, Delta Air Lines, Inc. violated:

• paragraph 135.8(1)(d) of the Air Transportation Regulations by not setting out the name and amount of each tax, fee or charge relating to the air service that is a third party charge on the booking system found on the Web site delta.com (Canadian edition); and
• subsection 135.8(2) of the Air Transportation Regulations by not setting out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges” on the booking system found on the Web site delta.com (Canadian edition).
