(C) On or about December 21, 2015, Red Wing Aeroplane Company operated an air service between Windsor, Ontario, Canada and West palm Beach, Florida, USA using a Cessna 560 type aircraft bearing registration N560JM, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA. |
