Results of an investigation conducted by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. and Skyservice Aviation d'Affaires Inc.are in contravention of subsection 8.5(1) of the Air Transportation Regulations in that they failed, between December 17, 2015 and December 17, 2016 to notify the public of the name of the person providing the aircrafts and to specify the aircraft types used for the provision of air services using all or part of aircrafts, with flight crew, provided by another person.

(A) On or about December 10, 2015, Red Wing Aeroplane Company operated an air service between Charlotte, North Carolina, USA and Montreal, Quebec, Canada using a Cessna 560 type aircraft bearing registration N145KK, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(B) On or about December 10, 2015, Red Wing Aeroplane Company operated an air service between Detroit, Michigan, USA and Toronto, Ontario, Canada using a Cessna 560 type aircraft bearing registration N63FF, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(C) On or about December 21, 2015, Red Wing Aeroplane Company operated an air service between Windsor, Ontario, Canada and West palm Beach, Florida, USA using a Cessna 560 type aircraft bearing registration N560JM, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

Results of an investigation conducted by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) indicate that Soltron Aviation has contravened section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act in that, on or about August 5, 2016, it publicly offered for sale, by way of its website www.soltronaviation.com, air services without holding licences issued by the Agency in respect of these services.
