(A) On or about August 30, 2024, Sky One Holdings, LLC, carrying on business as Privaira, operated an air service using a Learjet type aircraft bearing registration N405DC from Boca Raton, Florida, United States (BCT) to Toronto, Ontario, Canada (YYZ), without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.

(B) On or about September 20, 2024, Sky One Holdings, LLC, carrying on business as Privaira operated an air service using a Falcon type aircraft bearing registration N950FJ from Montréal, Québec, Canada (YUL) to Fort Pierce, Florida, United States (FPR), without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.

(C) On or about November 25, 2024, Sky One Holdings, LLC, carrying on business as Privaira, operated an air service using a Challenger type aircraft bearing registration N604BC from Fort Lauderdale- Hollywood, Florida, United States (FLL) to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (YEG), without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.

(D) On or about June 20, 2024, Sky One Holdings, LLC, carrying on business as Privaira, operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration N405DC from Montréal, Québec, Canada (YUL) to Nassau, Bahamas (YNN), which was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its licence is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act.

(A) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the undersigned enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing Société Air France has committed the following 9 violations, failed to make available, in simple, clear and concise language, on a document on which the itinerary of passengers appears, the terms and conditions referred to in subsection 5(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), thereby contravening subsection 5(2) of the APPR.

(B) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the undersigned enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing Société Air France has committed the following 9 violations, failed to provide, in simple, clear and concise language, on a document on which the itinerary of passengers appears, information on the treatment of passengers and minimum compensation owed by the carrier and the recourse against the carrier available to passengers, including their recourse to the Agency, thereby contravening subsection 5(3) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(C) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the undersigned enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing Société Air France has committed the following 9 violations, failed to make available the prescribed notice pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), on a document on which the itinerary of passengers appears thereby contravening that subsection of the APPR.

These violations occurred between December 3, 2024, and March 3, 2025.

(A) On or about September 1, 2025, Bermudair Limited advertised the price of an air service in a marketing email sent by mail@flybermudair.com, without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(B) On or about September 2, 2025, Bermudair Limited advertised the price of an air service in an advertisement on Facebook without including the point of origin and point of destination of the service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(b) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(C) On or about September 1, 2025, Bermudair Limited provided information in an advertisement in a marketing email sent by mail@flybermudair.com in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for an air service, thereby contravening section 29 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(D) On or about September 2, 2025, Bermudair Limited provided information in an advertisement on Facebook in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for an air service, thereby contravening section 29 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(2) On or about June 7, 2024, Air Transat A.T. failed to provide, in simple, clear and concise language, on a document on which the itinerary of a passenger appears, information on the treatment of passengers and minimum compensation owed by the carrier and the recourse against the carrier available to passengers, including their recourse to the Agency, thereby contravening subsection 5(3) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

(3) On or about June 7, 2024, Air Transat A.T. failed to make available the prescribed notice pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), on a document on which the itinerary of a passenger appears thereby contravening that subsection of the APPR.

(4) On or about April 22, 2024, Air Transat A.T. failed to make available the prescribed notice pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), on a document on which the itinerary of a passenger appears thereby contravening that subsection of the APPR.

(5) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the undersigned enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing Air Transat A. T. Inc. has committed the following four violations, failed to provide passengers, affected by the cancellation of flights TS715, TS771, TS772 and TS399, scheduled between May 1, 2024 and January 4, 2025, with the information referred to in subsection 13(1) using the available communication method for which they indicated a preference, including a method that is compatible with adaptative technologies intended to assist persons with disabilities, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
