A) On or about February 28, 2018, the Iqaluit Airport failed to ensure that all their employees and contractors who are required by the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations to receive training complete their initial training within 60 days after the commencement of their duties thereby violating section 8 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (PTR).

(B) On or February 28, 2018, the Iqaluit Airport failed to ensure that all their employees and contractors receive periodic refresher training sessions appropriate to the requirements of their function, thereby violating section 9 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (PTR).

(A) On or about July 5, 2017, Air Canada has contravened subsection 110 (4) of the Air Transportation Regulations by not properly applying the terms and conditions set out in Rules 60(A)(5) and 105(C)(1)(b) of its Tariff, which incorporates the Montreal Convention by reference with regard to the liability of carriers respecting baggage in that Air Canada failed to compensate Mr. Scordo for damages caused by the loss of his baggage.

B) On or about July 12, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) and the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

C) On or about July 18, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador and Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

D) On or about July 18, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) and the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

E) On or about July 21, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador and Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

F) On or about July 21, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) and the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

G) On or about July 24, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador and Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

H) On or about July 24, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) and the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

I) On or about  July 27, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador and Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

J) On or about July 27, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) and the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

K) On or about July 30, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador and Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

L) On or about July 30, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) and the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

M) On or about August 02, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador and Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.
