C) On or about July 18, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador and Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act. G) On or about July 24, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador and Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act. H) On or about July 24, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) and the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act. I) On or about July 27, 2017, WOODWARD'S LIMITED operated an air service between the Eagle's Nest lodge located on the Eagle River, Newfoundland and Labrador and Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYR) using aircraft bearing registration C-FMEL, without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.
