On or about July 10, 2017, Servicios Aeros Across S.A. de C.V. operated an air service between Calgary, Alberta (CYYC) and Toluca, Mexico (MMTO) using aircraft bearing registration XA-EMB, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act S.C., 1996  c. 10, in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act.

On or about October 26, 2017, Servicios Aeros Across S.A. de C.V. operated an air service between Toluca, Mexico (MMTO) and Toronto, Ontario (CYYZ) using aircraft bearing registration XA-CAR, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act S.C., 1996  c. 10, in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act

On or about October 29, 2017, Servicios Aeros Across S.A. de C.V. operated an air service between Toronto, Ontario (CYYZ) and Toluca, Mexico (MMTO) using aircraft bearing registration XA-CAR, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act S.C., 1996  c. 10, in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act

On or about December 25, 2017, Servicios Aeros Across S.A. de C.V. operated an air service between Toluca, Mexico (MMTO) and Vancouver, British Columbia (CYVR) using aircraft bearing registration XA-FLB, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act S.C., 1996  c. 10, in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of that Act
