(4) On or about October 16, 2019, RED STAR Havacilik Hizmetleri A.S. operated an air service using an aircraft bearing registration TC-RSD from Anchorage, Alaska (PANC) to Vancouver, British Columbia (CYVR) without holding a licence thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

  1. On or about the 7th day of July, 2019, at or near the Fort Lauderdale International Airport (KFLL), during a schedule irregularity within Swoop's control, Swoop did not present the passenger with the four options set out in rule 90(C) 2. of its International / Transborder Tariff thereby violating subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations. .
  2. On or about the 7th day of July, 2019, at or near the Fort Lauderdale International Airport (KFLL), during a schedule irregularity within Swoop's control, Swoop did not present the passenger with the four options set out in rule 90(C) 2. of its International / Transborder Tariff thereby violating subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations.
  3. On or about the 4th day of July, 2019, at or near the Hamilton International Airport (CYHM), during a schedule irregularity within Swoop's control, Swoop did not present the passenger with the four options set out in rule 90(C) 2. of its International / Transborder Tariff thereby violating subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations.
  4. On or about 7th day of July, 2019, at or near the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport (CYWG), Swoop failed to re-route the passenger in the same class of service to the destination named on the ticket (Edmonton International Airport - CYEG), or applicable portion thereof, on the transportation services of another transportation provider within a reasonable amount of time without requiring additional payment from the passenger contrary to rule 90(C) 2.(c) of its domestic tariff thereby violating subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act.
  5. On or about the 7th day of July, 2019, at or near the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport (CYWG), Swoop during a schedule irregularity within Swoop's control, Swoop did not present the passenger with the four options set out in rule 90(C) 2. of its domestic Tariff thereby violating subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act.
  6. On or about the 7th day of July, 2019, at or near the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport (CYWG), Swoop during a schedule irregularity within Swoop's control, Swoop did not present the passenger with the four options set out in rule 90(C) 2. of its domestic Tariff thereby violating subsection 67(3) of the Canada Transportation Act.

D) On or about July 25, 2019 at Calgary International Airport, WestJet operated a flight from Calgary, Alberta, Canada without displaying in a visible manner at Boarding Gates no.C70 for flight no.WS234 and no.C71 for flight no. WS218, a notice containing the prescribed text, thereby contravening subsection 7(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $2500

E) On or about July 29, 2019 at Edmonton International Airport, WestJet operated a flight from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada without displaying in a visible manner at Boarding Gates no.49G flight no.WS3348, no.54 flight no. WS204, no.58 flight no.WS165, and no.49H flight no.WS3121, a notice containing the prescribed text, thereby contravening subsection 7(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. $2500
