(B) On or about November 19, 2021, Chartright Air Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-FGCV from Hamilton, Bermuda (TXKF) to Toronto, Canada (CYYZ) without first obtaining the required charter permit or instead providing prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.

(C) On or about November 26, 2021, Chartright Air Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-GWPB from Toronto, Canada (CYYZ) to Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (MWCR) without first obtaining the required charter permit or instead providing prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.

(B) On or about January 28, 2022, Qatar Airways Group (Q.C.S.C.) made reference to an air transportation charge in an advertisement on the website www.qatarairways.com without setting the charge out under the heading “Air Transportation Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the APPR.

(C) On or about January 28, 2022, Qatar Airways Group (Q.C.S.C.) provided information in an advertisement in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for an optional incidental service on the website www.qatarairways.com, thereby contravening section 29 of the APPR.

(C) On or about September 10, 2021, Cascadia Airways Inc. advertised the price of an air service on the website cascadiaair.com without including in the advertisement the total price or range of total prices for an optional incidental service, thereby contravening paragraph 28(1)(e) of the APPR.

(D) On or about September 10, 2021, Cascadia Airways Inc. advertised the price of an air service on the website cascadiaair.com without setting out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the APPR.

(E) On or about September 10, 2021, Cascadia Airways Inc. made reference to an air transportation charge in an advertisement on the website cascadiaair.com without setting the charge out under the heading “Air Transportation Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(3) of the APPR.

(2) On or about October 12, 2020, Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-GJFG from Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (GCM) to Toronto, Ontario (YYZ) without first obtaining the required charter permit, in the absence of prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.

(3) On or about October 15, 2020, Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-FDOL from Montreal, Quebec (YUL) to Cali, Columbia (CLO) without first obtaining the required charter permit, in the absence of prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.

(4) On or about November 07, 2020, Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-GWFM from London (LTN) to Toronto, Ontario (YYZ) without first obtaining the required charter permit, in the absence of prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.

(5) On or about November 25, 2020, Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-GRPF from Toronto, Ontario (YYZ) to Comayagua, Honduras (XPL) without first obtaining the required charter permit, in the absence of prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.

(6) On or about November 26, 2020, Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration C-GRBA from Montreal, Quebec (YUL) to Philipsburg, Saint Maarten (SXM) without first obtaining the required charter permit, in the absence of prior written notification to the Agency, thereby contravening section 21 of the Air Transportation Regulations.
