| Med Jets, S.A. de C.V. carrying on business as Jet Rescue Air Ambulance |
(A) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Med Jets, S.A. de C.V. carrying on business as Jet Rescue Air Ambulance has committed 8 violations, operated an air service using a Learjet 60 type aircraft bearing registration XA-CST, departing from and arriving at different locations without holding a Canadian aviation document thereby contravening paragraph 57(b) of the Canada Transportation Act. These violations occurred between January 10, 2024 and February 22, 2024. (B) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA) the undersigned Enforcement Officer has issued this notice of violation believing Med Jets, S.A. de C.V. carrying on business as Jet Rescue Air Ambulance has committed 13 violations, operated an international passenger charter, using an aircraft bearing registration XA-CST, departing from and arriving at different locations, which was not authorized by the terms and conditions to which its license is subject, thereby contravening subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act. These violations occurred between January 10, 2024 and February 22, 2024. |

| Pakistan International Airlines |
(A) On or about December 23, 2024, Pakistan International Airlines Corporation advertised the price of an air service on their mobile application without setting out all third party charges under the heading “Taxes, Fees and Charges”, thereby contravening subsection 28(2) of the APPR. (B) On or about December 23, 2024, Pakistan International Airlines Corporation provided information in an advertisement on the website www.piac.com.pk in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for optional incidental services, thereby contravening section 29 of the APPR. (C) On or about December 23, 2024, Pakistan International Airlines Corporation referred to a third party charge in an advertisement on their mobile application by a name other than the name under which it was established, thereby contravening section 31 of the APPR. |

On or about March 2, 2024, WestJet failed to provide passengers affected by the cancellation of flight WS1474 scheduled to depart on March 2, 2024, the information referred to in subsection 13(1) using the available communication method for which they had indicated a preference, including a method that is compatible with adaptive technologies intended to assist persons with disabilities, specifically by email, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. On or about March 2, 2024, WestJet failed to provide, free of charge, alternate travel arrangements to passengers, whose flight (WS1474) was cancelled for reasons outside carrier's control, in the form of a confirmed reservation for the next available flight that it operated or with a carrier with which it had a commercial agreement, and that was travelling on any reasonable air route from the airport at which the passenger was located to the destination indicated on the passenger’s original ticket and was departing within 48 hours of the departure time indicated on that original ticket, thereby contravening subsection 18(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. |

(1) On or about September 28, 2024, WestJet failed to provide a service to a person with a disability who uses a mobility aid, by not returning the mobility aid to the person on arrival at the destination, John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) without delay, thereby contravening paragraph 41(1)(c) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR). (2) On or about September 28, 2024, WestJet failed to provide a temporary replacement mobility aid that meet the mobility needs of a person with a disability, who did not retain their mobility aid during transportation on flight WS1680 and it was not made available to the person at their arrival at their destination, John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), thereby contravening subsection 61(a) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR). |

(1) On or about January 23, 2024, Etihad Airways P.J.S.C. failed to make available, in simple, clear and concise language, on a document on which the itinerary of the passenger appears, the terms and conditions referred to in subsection 5(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), thereby contravening subsection 5(2) of the APPR. (2) On or about January 23, 2024, Etihad Airways P.J.S.C. failed to provide, in simple, clear and concise language, on a document on which the itinerary of the passenger appears, information on the treatment of passengers and minimum compensation owed by the carrier and the recourse against the carrier available to passengers, including their recourse to the Agency, thereby contravening subsection 5(3) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. (3) On or about January 23, 2024, Etihad Airways P.J.S.C failed to make available the prescribed notice pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR), on a document on which the itinerary of the passenger appears, thereby contravening that subsection of the APPR. (4) On or about March 28, 2024, Etihad Airways P.J.S.C failed to provide passengers affected by the delay of flight EY140 scheduled to depart on March 28, 2024, the compensation to which they may be entitled to for inconvenience, the standards of treatment for passengers, and the recourse available against the carrier, including recourse to the Agency using the available communication method for which they had indicated a preference, thereby contravening subsection 13(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. (5) Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the undersigned enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing Etihad Airways P.J.S.C. has committed the following 29 violations, did not provide passengers with the minimum compensation referred to in subsection 19(1) or 19(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations or an explanation as to why compensation is not payable, within 30 days after the day on which it received the passenger's request, thereby contravening subsection 19(4) of those regulations. (B) On or about October 24, 2024 Etihad Airways P.J.S.C. provided information in an advertisement in a manner that could interfere with the ability of anyone to readily determine the total price that must be paid for optional incidental services by listing the cost of Optional priority access, oversized baggage fees, children travelling alone, Wi-Fi package in American currency on the website https://www.etihad.com/en-ca/, thereby contravening subsection 29 of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. |
